At a Glance
Online Returns
We have a 30-day return policy for online orders — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition it was received: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at deborah@goodnightmoonkids.com. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
In-Store Returns
Refund to original payment method: within 10 days of purchase.
Exchange: within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original condition. Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at deborah@goodnightmoonkids.com so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and — once the return is accepted — place a new order for the replacement.

Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Hair accessories
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
